We currently offer one time purchases only. This policy explains when an order can be canceled.

Cancellation window

  • You can request a cancellation only before your order is fulfilled (processed and prepared for shipment).

  • Once the order is fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order already shipped

If your order has shipped, you may still be eligible for a return in line with our Refund and Return Policy.
