Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on TENTA-X are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns simply because a customer changes their mind or does not like the product. Preference-based returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Due to the limited nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable after 24 hours.
All TENTA-X products are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to pre-orders, limited editions, special releases, and standard listings.

Non-Returnable Items
Every product sold on TENTA-X is treated as a final sale. Items marked "Final Sale," "Non-Returnable," "Pre-order," "Limited Edition," or any other similar designation are not eligible for return or refund, even if unopened. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must email us within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or replacement, you are required to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video that:

  • Shows the shipping label

  • Captures the entire unpackaging process

  • Clearly demonstrates the defect or damage

Videos that are edited, incomplete, or start after the package is opened will not be accepted. If approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Minor visual or structural variances are normal and not considered defects or grounds for return.

No Returns on Opened or Used Items
Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless a verified defect was reported with appropriate evidence at the time of opening.

Address Errors or Unclaimed Packages
Customers are fully responsible for entering correct shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment, we can reship it at your cost. Refunds, if issued, will exclude original shipping costs and any incurred return fees.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement claims if we detect abusive patterns, fraudulent behavior, or false defect reports.
